UKHH.com is back with a second compilation of home grown British rap.
Titled “MIC: CTRL” this CD is rammed with the now generation of UK emcees making noise for 2008 and beyond. The CD contains over forty tracks blended together into a sublime seventy minute journey through the future of British hip hop. Featuring tracks from some of today’s biggest underground acts like TY, Asaviour, Dubbledge, Skrein, Stig & Syntax, Mystro, and Lazy Habits alongside newer artists set to break through like Revilo, Metabeats, Vex, Jabba Tha Kut, Nom De Plume and Smiler. For the past nine years UKHH.com has attempted to showcase talent from all corners of the nation and “MIC: CTRL” maintains that non-English bias with tracks from Loki (Scotland), Mudmowth (Wales), Jee4ce (N.Ireland) to truly encapsulate the diverse sound of UK underground rap in 2008. Pure dope.
